Office Staff: Lyn Brownfield, Town Administrator. In charge of overall operations, finances, and management of the Town of Kiowa Tina Ceresoli, Administrative Assistant. Responsible for the Building Permits and utility billings. In addition, she is the secretary to the Planning Board and assistant to the Town Administrator. Michelle Oeser, Town Clerk. Responsible for Business and Dog Licenses, official keeper of the records, and secretary to the Board of Trustees. Additionally, she does payroll and accounting.
